We will explore the practice of Metratura, a physical relaxation and self-control technique that focuses the attention towards awareness of perception. It is a simple and effective discipline that everyone, at any age, can learn and practice.

Metratura – building on the last session, we will further explore this relaxation and self-control technique.

Spaninng from eastern to western traditions, breathing techniques are the most fundamental daily rituals for personal evolution. We will learn the importance of these rituals and create our own Sadhana (methodical desciplines that help us attain desired goals).

Alchemy is the manipulation of substances to create something more complex. Simultaneously this happens inside of yourself, changing our views of who we are and the world around us.

This session focuses on the actions guided by the six femminine principles of intuition, heart connection, welcoming aspects, harmonious integration, humility and friendship. We will explore the feminine container inside ourselves.
